Kaneki was a victim too did Rize tried to save him? Did Rize tried to understand him? NO , if you aplied that yo someone it should he for both sides and again the situation is different Kaneki did not expulse toxins hence people could go as a group to save him. I am glad you liked it, and that it meant a lot to you, because it clearly did. Being touched by fiction is a good thing, and my disliking it doesn’t mean I want everyone to dislike it. I smile seeing people like it, but I also nod when I see people dislike it, because I share their sentiments a lot of the time. What your experience with the character and story is is not the same for everyone, and you have canon on your side now, even, so I don’t see why the fandom still seems so threatened by someone simply stating in a comment on someone else’s post that they agree with said post.

Day 09 –“Precious”

I actually thought that I would like TouKen’s relationship just like any other fans/ readers (my little brother like this ship too), or might be AkirAmon, however I never thought that I would love AriEto relationship the most! I took the photo using my camera after placing it on the whiteboard in my classroom (thanks to my printer who’s R.I.P yesterday!).

To @hamliet-san, I made this art based on your story –The (Mis)Adventure of Goat Chapter 23 -”Running”. After some emergency during the labor, Eto gave birth to a healthy, lovely baby girl named Nozomi. Wrapped in blue blanket, with blue hair like her father Arima, but face like her mother Eto, she was Eto and Kishou’s bundle of joy.

I made Eto’s hair shorter like in the manga, and I found it fits her the most. Actually, drawing Arima was like making my first knitting! Many times I have to redo him until I got the current picture of him! Oh dear…I really wish if the manga did this for this couple’s ending, that would be good… XD

I don’t believe taking a life is always bad. For example what about victims who only killed out of self defense? Why should they feel bad for taking the life of someone who tried to kill them?

I don’t wanna get into a debate on pacifism on here lol! But to address your question because idk of my wording was clear in my first post to which I am sorry : I did say context matters. To be clear: accidents happen and they are not people’s’ faults. I didn’t say someone should feel bad in such a circumstance and I don’t think they should! Someone seeking to defend themselves from someone actively attacking them is not intending to kill but to save themselves. It is not their fault.

How I always have viewed pacifism is through the lens of an experience wherein kids I cared deeply for tried to murder other kids I cared deeply for (yes actually). Obviously if I had been there I would have protected the kids who were victims. But I would have done everything in my power to stop the attackers but also not to kill them. That’s how I view it but it is not how everyone views it and people are allowed their various opinions; I have no interest in condemning people who are not pacifists because it’s complicated and I don’t think ppl should be condemned for having different opinions on this. Sorry if I came across as condemnatory in any way; that wasn’t my intent!
