I do I do! I like it a lot; it’s fun. 

Sooooo this arc is actually the first time I started truly enjoying Deku as a character. I didn’t dislike him; I was just ambivalent on him because up until recently he seemed to always do the right, heroic thing, without having much of a personality at least in comparison to the others. Cinnamon rolls are rarely my favorite characters with the exception of say Finn from Star Wars. I like the angsty ones (my faves are Todoroki, Shigaraki, Bakugou, Aizawa, and Ochako. Also Dabi). 

But this arc? This arc I think we’ve seen Deku challenged more and more, and I’ve really liked him lately. I also noticed that parallel, and yes, I hope we get an emotional outburst from Deku soon. I hope what he’s been through and seen start challenging his perspective as he continues to grow up and learn what being heroic actually means.
